Maple launch priority service for critical operations

Maple announce priority service to support critical supply chain operations

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues and the country adapts to deal with the ongoing situation, we have been reviewing resources and procedures to assist clients during this difficult time.

We would like to assure all of our customers that Maple is fully prepared to deal with the present situation and indeed for further anticipated disruption. We understand that many of our clients are facing unprecedented supply chain challenges and we recognise the importance of maintaining business continuity. Maple is putting contingency measures in place, to ensure that any of our clients involved in the delivery or movement of critical goods will receive a priority service in the event of any repair or maintenance work should it be required.

Whilst we do not anticipate these priority measures will impact on our standard lead times, we do ask that customers bear this in mind during these exceptional and unprecedented times. The health and safety of our employees, partners, and customers remain the highest of priorities and we are dedicated to supporting, our clients, now and throughout this process.
