Access to the web enabled management software via an online connection allows the user to control and make RFID cards, set access parameters, audit seal / lock activity and generally manage the access to your assets remotely.
A PC desktop Card Reader allows the system administrator to initialise and manage transponder cards; while programming (uploading) and auditing (downloading) data to and from the seal or lock, is performed with a handheld Event Downloader. The Event Downloader may also return audit data from the seal or lock to the PC for reporting purposes.
* When the IQ product range is connected to a suitable communications device, data (pin access codes, audit reports etc) can be sent remotely, viewed and controlled securely online.

All units (seals or locks) used by an organization will be displayed once recorded in the database. Units can be structured into groups, locations and regions; thus mimicking the organisational structure. This allows for easy navigation of a multitude of units in service.
Transponder templates included can be linked to a person or person group for quick and easy assignment of access parameters.
All of the seal or lock users can be shown with each person having a transponder template linked to them, or, a custom template that defines access rights. |
