Controlled Access

Access can be granted directly by the use of Pin numbers, RFID Transponder Cards or remotely through a telematics solution. This allows specified locks to be accessed on predefined assets, at set times of the day and for defined periods of time.

Pin numbers or RFID cards will not function outside of their pre-defined user level, date / time range, expiration date or at an incorrect location.

Physical Security

Permanent installation of the IQ enabled range of locking and sealing solutions prevents accidental or intentional failure to secure the vehicle, trailer or container.

Strong, robust, tried and tested design combined with electronic sealing prevents tampering and significantly raises the level of the assets loading door security.

Audit Capability

Time, date and means used to access the mobile asset are recorded in the IQ enabled locking or sealing product and where utilised, also on the RFID transponder card.

Reports generated identify the date and time a lock or seal was accessed, or when an attempt was made to access a specific lock or seal. This gives complete traceability and absolute accountability.

Exceptions can be defined by the software administrator via a secure website to capture specific data streams, thus simplifying the information flow and reporting process.

Route Management

Create routes; assign drivers to specific vehicles, trailers or containers and specific vehicles, trailers or containers to specific locations with or without the need for a GSM / GPRS interface.

Create unlocking and un-sealing procedures that only gives the end customer access to the load area of the vehicle, trailer or container.

Link a suitable communication device to the IQ locking solutions and create Geo Zones that can be controlled in house or by a monitoring bureaux granting access remotely at specific locations, times and dates.
