From day one, Maple recognised the vital importance of providing a fast, efficient installation and after sales service for our customers. This service department over the years evolved to become a company in its own right.

Today, Maple Fleet Services delivers a comprehensive range of installation, repair and fleet management services, not only for the Maple Group but for a growing number of outside companies who find that it pays to contract with Maple Fleet Services and benefit from the company's experience, expertise and nation wide reach.

The company's engineers operate throughout England, Scotland and Wales providing a 24/7 service, under a pledge to answer emergency call outs within 4 hours.

All are trained motor vehicle technicians to City & Guilds standards and have completed the Mobile Electrical Certification programme, including training in security and cellular installations.

Maple Fleet Services can help to make your business easier to run by project managing installation and after sales service for a wide range of systems used by fleet operators.

We have the resources and experience to see that each of your vehicles is attended to speedily and efficiently. We will plan the whole operation to your requirements, book in each vehicle, procure necessary parts, install them and complete all necessary paperwork. All engineer's completion reports are verified by the client.

Independent Monitoring

The professionalism of our engineers is monitored on an ad hoc basis by the VSIB (Vehicle Systems Inspectorate Board). This means that any engineer, at any time, can receive a visit from a member of the VSIB whilst on an active assignment for a thorough, independent inspection of the work being carried out.

Managing on your behalf

Maple can also make your business easier to run, by project managing the installation and after sales service for many types of ancillary systems operated by your fleet. We have the resources and experience to see that each of your vehicles is attended to speedily and efficiently.

We will plan the whole operation to your convenience, book in each vehicle, order and procure necessary parts and install them, as well as handling all the paperwork. Engineer completion reports prompted by our system are then verified by the client. From start to finish, project management by Maple is a fully professional operation - part of our comprehensive range of fleet services.

aple leads the industry because it always says yes. The Maple service centre is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, linked to our engineers by mobile phone and messaging systems. Whenever you need us, our Maple engineers are with you within 4 hours on 95% of all calls.

Maple engineers are not only trained as motor vehicle technicians to City and Guild standards, but also go through the Mobile Electrical Certification programme, which includes training in security and cellular installations.
