Barndoor Freightlock IQ

An air operated, heavy duty, mechanical, non-solenoid slamlock designed specifically for barndoor applications. It can be operated through the use of the vehicles auxiliary air supply or by a separate air reservoir / compressor.

Utilising Maple Fleet Services Access Control Technology, operators can control vehicle access, create audit reports and track assets without compromising on efficiency.

BDL – BarnDoor Lock

The heavy duty BDL, locks the barndoors of a trailer or container to its frame, thus preventing the doors from being opened. Fitted with a special Mul-T-Lock or Abloy lock the BDL is easy to install and once fitted is highly resistant against all manner of physical attack, while also providing a highly visible deterrent.

The security system is SCM / TNO APPROVED which means that it meets the highest quality standards.

Freightlock IQ

The Freightlock IQ system combines the proven field operation of the best heavy duty vehicle roller-shutter slamlock with RFID access control technology (known as the Cube).

Operated pneumatically, the freightlock is controlled by the Cube once the RFID key card is presented to the seal verification panel. Controlling access through the use of this technology, means a full audit trail can be produced, so you know, when and where the load area of your vehicle was opened and closed and by whom.

Completing the protection of the vehicle, the system can be linked to an immobiliser, alarm product and if needed any GPS/telematics that may be available.

Outlock IQ

Automatic slamlocking for trailer barn doors, advancing the security of your trailers load access area. Built into Outlock IQ is an electronic system that uses either numbering or RFID key cards to lock and unlock, giving the customer real operational flexibility.

Outlock IQ gives you complete control over who when and where the load area of your vehicle’s trailer or container can be accessed; recording the data in real time for later analysis and auditing. Outlock IQ combines electronic access control with a robust trailer door locking system, providing ‘track & trace’ capability with a clearly visible level of door security.

PS25 Load Alarm

A completely self powered 'Goods in Transit' load alarm, with a fail-safe battery built in that meets BS6803 Part 3, Class 3. The PS25 Load alarm will automatically activate the alarm in the event of intruders or disconnection of the vehicle batteries.

The 122dB siren can be vented into the load area or to the outside. Mounted on the inside of the vehicle, the control unit, battery and siren are contained within a robust, compact, tamper-proof control box manufactured from zinc-plated steel for maximum rust prevention and durability.

Slamsecure

Slamsecure converts an existing ‘throw over’ style door handle mechanism into a slamlock solution for roller-shutter or barndoor applications. An externally mounted, proven, mechanical lock designed to cope with the daily rigors of a commercial vehicle loading door. Access to the lock is gained through the use of a high security key system and can be supplied with its own individual key or with identical keys depending on the end user requirements.

TIR Seal IQ

TIR Seal IQ, Curtain Sided trailer security system. This unique product replaces the non-securable traditional bond cord with an alarmed high security ‘air filled’ cord. Any damage or cutting of this newly designed chord triggers the device to show the trailer load area has been compromised. Radically reducing the vulnerability of this type of trailer while maintaining operational flexibility.

Truck Body Door Lock

The Truck Body Door Lock protects against theft or unauthorised access to containers or trailers. It prevents the doors being opened by strapping the door against the frame.

The bracket is made from hardened steel and comes with an Abloy Protec cylinder, making it quick and easy to use.
