Interior mounted access control for Roller Shutter door applications.

Roller Shutter Freightlock IQ is a pneumatically operated heavy duty locking solution combined with an electronic seal. Installed covertly inside the load area for further increased security, it can be utilised on either wide or narrow slat roller shutter doors.

In one single motion Roller Shutter Freightlock IQ locks and seals the load area doors upon closing.

Mechanically more robust than any electric motorised lock equivalent, the system operates efficiently at the extremes of environmental conditions and operator usage within the logistics industry.

Increasing the door security, controlling the access rights and generating seal numbers deters theft and creates a full audit trail; so you know who, when and where the load area is accessed.

• Random or sequentially generated 4 digit number is displayed proving the integrity of the load or control area. The unseal LED is highlighted each time the door is opened or seal broken.

• Remote locking & un-locking capabilities

• In the event of network or signal problems, a vehicles load area can still be accessed with unique, securely monitored access codes.

• RFID read / write capabilities built into the system

• Fully auditable, recorded data can be transferred via a hand held RFID / IRDA downloader or through the ‘RS232’ serial port.

• Patented “traffic light” high visibility LED display, shows clearly the system status at a push of a button.

• External air valve provides flexibility for installation. The system can be installed on trailers with or without an active air supply.

• Operates independently from the vehicle battery.

• Environmentally tested from -40°C to +60°C.

• Low level of maintenance, all mechanical parts are self-lubricating.
