Automatic electronic sealing for containerised goods in transit.

Unique to Container Seal IQ, the electronic system uses either numbering or RFID key cards to seal and unseal, giving the customer real operational flexibility.

Maple Container Seal IQ gives you complete control over when and where the load area of your vehicle’s trailer or container can be accessed and by whom; recording the data in real time for later analysis and auditing.

Maple Container Seal IQ can be interfaced fully with your vehicle’s tracking device where needed and can even be incorporated into your own existing random number generating system or utilised with other Maple locking solutions to give you a truly dynamic goods in transit security system.

• Easy to use, patented ‘traffic light’ system with a super bright LED display allowing the user to see clearly the system’s status.

• Push button start up wakes the system from hibernation mode.

• Choice of operation through the use of ‘numbers’ or a self-programmable ‘key card’ system.

• Displays and records the date and time of when the container was sealed or unsealed and by whom.

• Fully auditable, recorded data can be transferred via a hand held RFID / IRDA downloader or through the ‘RS232’ serial port to a telematics system.

• Customs and Emergency override facility enabled, so inaccessible, lost or damaged key cards need never be a customer concern again.

• Can be interfaced fully with third party tracking devices and to Maples’ other security locks.

• Provides security even when a tracking signal is not available or potentially blocked.

• Read / write capability built in.
