Exterior mounted access control for Barn or Swing type vehicle door applications.

Outlock IQ for trailer barn doors, brings together a highly visible physical deterrent, automatic slam locking and the cost effectiveness of a reusable electronic seal.

Mounted to the trailers rear chassis, the pneumatically operated system can be made to instantly lock once the trailer doors are closed providing security and enhancing operational control.

Extending control of either your own or your clients assets remotely is the key to enhanced security and adds value to a company’s service offering.

Not restricted to just trailers, an external air valve allows the Outlock IQ to be utilised on assets even without an active air supply, such as demountable boxes or sea containers.

• Independently powered by long life batteries which can power the system typically to over 10,000 cycles over a 5 year period.

• Easy to use, patented ‘traffic light’ with super bright LED display allowing the user to see at a distance the system’s status.

• Remote locking and unlocking capability.

• Choice of operation through the use of ‘number locking’ or a self programmable ‘key card locking’ system.

• Emergency override facility enabled, so inaccessible, lost or damaged key cards need never be of a customer concern again.

• External air valve provides flexibility for installation. Can be installed on trailers with or without an active air supply.

• Environmentally tested from -40°C to +60°C.

• RFID read / write capability built into the system.
