Overview

As part of a comprehensive range of user friendly trailer and truck security devices the Barndoor Freightlock is designed specifically for use on barn / swing type doors. Fitted to the inside of the door, the locking solution is designed to operate every time a vehicle door is closed, making it practically impossible to leave a vehicle load area unlocked.

Barndoor Freightlock is an air operated, non-solenoid, door lock operated pneumatically by using the vehicles or trailers own auxiliary air supply. The Barndoor Freightlock utilises minimal power consumption (negating the issue of drained batteries, overloaded circuits and burnt out solenoids) unlike similar electrically operated locks.

Barndoor Freightlock isn’t limited to vehicles with a ready installed air supply. For trailer bodies or large vans without available air, a separate air reservoir can be fitted easily and inexpensively to offer the same robust locking security solution in a convenient self- contained package.
